Wade Miller is a Charlotte native that grew up in Charlotte before traveling to Purdue University where he graduated top of his class in Mechanical Engineering.  He then relocated back to Charlotte and worked for a National Homebuilder where he learned the business of new home construction.  He then Co-Founded a custom homebuilding company which he later sold to his partner and then started Copper Builders.  Wade is passionate about real estate and homebuilding and brings over ten years experience in the industry.  Wade’s accolades include: Top 40 Under 40 in Charlotte, the TV show Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Eagle Scout, and Graduating with Honors.  Wade and his wife spend their free time enjoying hobbies including sailing, mountaineering, photography, and pretty much anything outdoors!

Tim Pratt moved to Charlotte in 2003 after graduating from Purdue University and entered into the construction industry with a national homebuilding firm. During his time there, he held a variety of positions in construction management, cost analysis and land acquisition earning him many accolades while being involved in the construction of 100’s of homes in the Charlotte area. Tim brought with him over a decade of experience when joined the Copper Builders team in July of 2015 where he joined his good friend and fraternity brother from Purdue, Wade Miller. Tim has been married to his high school sweetheart, Erika, for over 13 years and they enjoy spending their free time chasing their two young children, Nolan and Eva (and fury son Barley).

Daniel Parrott

Daniel Parrott is a North Carolina native that graduated from North Carolina State Magna Cum Laude. He has spent the past thirteen years working up the ranks at one of the nations top 5 builders. Daniel’s experience includes working as project manager, customer service manager, construction cost manager and production manager. In addition to personally constructing hundreds of homes around Charlotte, as a production manager he has supervised his team over the past three years through the construction of over 500 new properties. Daniel is married to his wife Kylie and has two daughters Anna and Elliott. His hobbies include woodworking, running/fitness, home brewing beer, and indoor climbing.

Stefan Nemenz

A 2005 Graduate from Grove City College in Grove City, PA, Stefan Nemenz began his professional career with a national homebuilder in Charlotte. Stefan was quickly promoted and excelled in Sales and Marketing until 2010 when he decided to go out on his own. Stefan Co-Owned and operated a multi-million dollar energy efficient remodeling company in the Charlotte and Atlanta areas from 2010-2014. After selling his company he came back to real estate with Copper Builders at the end of 2014 to help launch Easton Park.  On his off time Stefan spends time with his wife of 4 years, Melissa, and his two daughters Talia and Keren.

Matt Fields moved to Charlotte in 2006 after graduating from UNCG and entered the construction industry in Ferguson Enterprises Sales and Management Training Program.  While there he excelled and his location became one of the top stores in the nation.  In 2007, he began his homebuilding career with a large national homebuilder as a Production Supervisor and Project Manager where he was ranked as the top Supervisor in the Charlotte North division.  Matt joined Copper Builders in 2014 and has played a key role as the lead Project Manager on every major project including Lumina, Triveny Commons and Easton Park.  Matt has a wife, Heidi, of 2 years and they have a 1 year old named Macie.

Jesse Tomkins joined former colleague Daniel Parrott and the rest of the Copper Builders Team in 2016. He has over 15 years of experience in the construction and building industry.  Prior to working at Copper Builders he worked for a national homebuilder where he quickly advanced from Project Supervisor to Project Manger then to Customer Service Manager. While there, he received awards for high construction volume and exceptional customer service. Jesse and his family moved to Charlotte in 2012 from Upstate NY where he owned a construction and remodeling business. Jesse is married to his wife of 11yrs, LeeAnne and they have a 6 year old daughter,Tori. In his free time he enjoys the beautiful Charlotte weather as well as spending time with his family, building “things” and mountain biking.

Chuck Rogers

Project Manager and Service Supervisor

Chuck Rogers has been in the construction industry for over 2 decades.  He has been involved in the construction and service for 100’s of homes in the Charlotte area for a number of regional and local homebuilders.  Chuck joined Copper Builders in 2013 as a Project Manager and has added to his responsibilities over the last year by also handling customer service for our newly constructed homes.  He primarily is responsible for our Lake Norman waterfront builds and downtown Davidson infill construction.  Chuck prides himself on building a personal relationship with every homeowner he has the pleasure of working with.  In his downtime Chuck likes to hit the links in and around the Mooresville area.

Diane Hartigan

Diane Hartigan has specialized in home sales and interior design projects for well over 30 years.  After college, she began a career in real estate selling brownstones in New York City, she found herself drawn to the interior design potential of these wonderful older homes and decided to return to school to study design.  Over the years she has worked with individual clients, real estate agents and homebuilders to help them realize the true potential of every home.  Diane joined Copper Builders in 2013 and is an integral part of helping our customers design their dream homes.  Her and her husband of over 40 years live in the Charlotte area and enjoy spending time with their two wonderful sons and their two furry pals.
