What’s covered in your new home warranty?

The first year of your Home Warranty covers Copper Builders’ work on the entire home: materials and workmanship, systems installation, and structural components. Coverage continues for systems installation through the end of the second year, and structural elements are covered for a full ten years. Here are the details:

Covers the entire home, with the exception of normal maintenance items like caulking, painting and landscaping. Covered components of a home that do not meet established performance standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty.

How To File A Claim

We do our absolute best to make sure every element of your home is built to the highest quality standards. A Home Warranty provides peace of mind – but occasionally, something will go wrong with a new home, and it’s good to know that Copper Builders will be there to take care of it.
